When you give a webinar, however, in most cases you can’t see your audience’s reaction at all. It is like talking into silence. We don’t know if they are engaged or if they are multi-tasking on something else.
The toughest audience in the world to engage is a webinar audience. Their attention span is less than a goldfish. So to keep them engaged, you have your work cut out for you.
